Australia Capital  Australia Capital IS NOT Sydney. Conceptually, most of us would have thought that Sydney is the capital city of Australia. Sydney is a state capital in New South Wales. Kingsford Smith Airport is built to cater visitors upon arriving to Sydney for travelling, business and etc. It has been servicing both international and domestic flights. It can cater up to 32 million passengers per year. But literally, Australia’s federal capital in Australian Capital Territory is Canberra. Canberra is the capital city which has its own airport servicing domestic flights only. It manages passengers diverted from Melbourne and Sydney airports in certain weather conditions. Nearly 3 million passengers used Canberra Airport from 2007 to 2008. A series of policies for the animals are introduced in the city to protect the animal’s rights. For the cat policy, it is aimed to balance the the rights of domestic cats as well as ensuring that cats are responsibly owned so they don't damage the community and environment. As for the dog policy in Canberra, it aims to protect the rights of dogs as well as balance the rights and needs of others in the community.
